Steps to reproduce:
Open Settings -> Privacy & Security
In the Address bar section click the "Learn More" link next to the "Quick actions" checkbox.
Actual results:
A 404 is displayed at the target URL: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/quick-actions-firefox-search-bar?as=u&utm_source=inproduct
Expected results:
A valid help document should be served.
