This version adds a an INFO GENERATOR line to the .sym files which contains the version number of the program that generated the file like:
INFO GENERATOR mozilla/dump_syms 2.1.0
It also comes with various small fixes and improvements to name demangling and access to debug information.

We need at least rust 1.62 to build dump_syms due to the symbolic dependencies
requiring it.
