Steps to reproduce
- Lunch Firefox
- Navigate to the "about:welcome" page.
- Decrease and increase the zoom level.
- Observe the progress bar.
Expected result
- There is no white space displayed under the progress bar. The progress bar should be sticking to the bottom of the modal no matter the zoom level.
Actual result
- An unnecessary white space is displayed under the progress bar at different zoom levels.
Regression range
- This is not a regression.
Additional notes
- The zoom levels on which this issue occurs differ from one display to another.

This is fixed by my patch for bug 1794702
