It can be reproduced in CI by using the "generate profile" button on the g1 task (or requesting it from mach try fuzzy).

Note that the addons line is a red-herring (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1801859#c6), anyone investigating this will likely need to enable MOZ_LOG or --verbose to get more information about why it's failing.
