STR:
- Load https://stats.oecd.org/index.aspx?DataSetCode=ANHRS
- Move the mouse cursor in the middle of the table
- Try to scroll with the mouse wheel
Nothing happens. You can scroll by dragging the table's scrollbar.

They're intentionally overlaying content on top and this happens on other browsers as well, so I think it's invalid as a browser bug.

It works with "Web" (GNOME's browser), based on WebKit.

You're right! I think what we're doing is sensible, but indeed WebKit seems to scroll over it.

WebKit allows you to scroll when the mouse is over the blue box, which is kinda bizarre? Though in this case it works out.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. Following the steps to reproduce, the table changes size (from small to large), and scrolling is not possible
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 111.0a1 (2023-01-25) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
- Reproducible on Chrome, but not on WebKit based browsers.
