Steps to reproduce:
- on macos Monterey 12.5

Quit firefox, while there are 4 different windows active.
relaunch
old windows open
master password prompt show
Actual results:
1 of the windows is un-clickable, the left buttons disappear, the window cannot be closed, or anything else.
there are 2 Master password prompts. I can interact with one, not with the other.
Expected results:
I should be able to interact with all the windows.
