Steps to reproduce:
- Hold the pointer over an element that shows a tooltip
- Leave the window, without moving the pointer to some any other part of the window first, e.g. by moving the pointer to another window overlapping the browser, or using keyboard shortcuts to move to a different window (alt-tab), workspace (win-tab) or virtual desktop.
