1803403 - Implement the "New" button at the top of the Calendar and Tasks list

Implement the "New" button at the top of the left sidebar in the Calendar and Tasks tab.
Since those two tabs share the same exact layout we need to dynamically hide/show those buttons based on the context.
The buttons should be primary.

Should the New Event button in the Today pane and the New Task button including the add a new task text field in the task tab be removed in this bug to not have too many ways to create new events/tasks? If the user wants other ways he can add buttons to the toolbars.

Better not to, even tho it will feel like a lot of different entry points, we will tackle the removal of redundant buttons when we work on those sections so we can think about relocating widget in usable location if we want to keep them, like the "add new task textfield".
