The test failing with increased frequency is helper_relative_scroll_smoothness.html. I will investigate.

The test failing with increased frequency is helper_relative_scroll_smoothness.html. I will investigate.

Due to the high failure rate, I'm going to disable this subtest in some configurations (input-type=native-key on windows) until we investigate the underlying cause in more detail.
