I'm not sure the best way to track this so I'll file a bug for now.

Based on my previous paraphrasing/summary on Bug 1770447, the "Learn more" links in about:preferences will probably need new strings to help better convey context. Since the moz-support-link reusable component is driven by Fluent anyway, the component shouldn't be concerned with the actual content of the Fluent string. In other words, this appears to be primarily a content and UX/UI design problem with engineering needing to update Fluent IDs (if that's the solution we're going with, there may be other ways to fix the context issue of these links).
