Microsec Ltd. Case 00001142 shows “data to verify” for the POLICY DOCUMENTS tab (specifically Policy Document ID - 2983) but when selecting ‘Show Changes’ the sync action button is not presented.

I believe the behavior witnessed is due to having a separate case in parallel (00001149) where the same policy document was already synced to the root record and that case was completed and closed. There is no data to sync in the still open case (00001142).

Thanks! We'll wait to see if this becomes a common issue, and file an enhancement request if it does.
