1803673 - Checkbox labels for the selection page flex to fill the whole wizard space rather than shrinkwrapping around the label text

STR:

1. Open the new migration wizard, either in the built-in dialog or in storybook
2. Hover your mouse over one of the labels for the checkboxes in the selector, but past the end of the text label

ER:

The checkbox should not get the hover state applied to it when the mouse is not over top of the checkbox or label.

AR:

The checkbox gets the hover state even farrrrrr after the end of the label. See screenshot.

Reproduced the initial issue using an old Nightly from 2023-01-29, verified that using latest Nightly build and Firefox 111.0 RC across platforms (Windows 10, macOS 13 and Ubuntu 22.04) this is no longer reproducible (the hover radius for the checkboxes extend to the strings and checkboxes themselves and not more then that).
