Map ActiveCaption, CaptionText, and InfoText to the CanvasText to conform with css-color-4 Appendix A: Deprecated CSS System Colors and update expected WPT and dom/canvas test results.

The spec is wrong at the moment. ActiveCaption is a background and thus should match Canvas.

ActiveCaption => Canvas (to be used with CanvasText as a fg)
CaptionText, InfoText => CanvasText (to be used against Canvas as a bg)
