We have a CopyFromRawCrashRule which copies items from the raw crash after normalizing and validating them. We should drop the ProductRule and add source_annotation values for those schema items.

Grabbing this to do now. It'll improve the data dictionary to have more annotations connected with their processed crash field equivalents.
