User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 When loading a game room at http://www.pogo.com/ (which uses Java applets) or any other Java applet for that matter, memory usage increases by about 30MB. When the Java applet (or the window containing the Java applet) is closed, memory usage does not go down. When closing ALL Mozilla windows (including mail, etc), it takes several seconds for Mozilla to clear memory and close. Usually, Mozilla doesn't close properly, and "End Task" must be used to close it properly. I think that this is caused due to a memory leak in Mozilla when working with Java. I have JDK 1.4.0 installed as well as the necessary plugins. Maybe this should be marked as major or critical, but I'll leave that to the developers to decide. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a page with a Java applet on it. 2. 3.

worksforme with 2004041608 mozilla 1.7 branch build on windows XP. I don't see any serious spikes playing pogo games. Java version 1.5 beta.
