1804673 - Add es-ES dictionary to Firefox

All of our Spanish locales ship with a built in dictionary except es-ES

There doesn't seem to be any licencing problem with the source dictionary as it is tri-licences GPL, LGPL, MPL: https://github.com/sbosio/rla-es/blob/master/LICENSE.md

We already build the dictionary as an add-on:

We should ship this dictionary by default in our es-ES build as providing a spellchecker would be a significant improvement for user acquisition on the Spanish market.

I've used version 2.6 from the add-on, although there is already a 2.7 in GitHub

When the new version is available, feel free to file a bug and assign it to me to get it updated.

I'll check with tomorrow's nightly that the dictionary is available and working as expected.
