When running make dev, the following errors are encountered:

-bash: deactiate: command not found                                                                                                                                                        

Removing deactivate from the command (which is actually not needed), the following error is encountered:

python -m pip install --upgrade pip                                                                                                                                                        
make: python: No such file or directory
