wrong context menus on imagemaps

At the top of the WSJ: http://online.wsj.com/public/us
there's an image map. You get a different context menu depending on if the part
of the image you right-click has a link associated with it.
The link menu is missing lots of normal image stuff like copy location, and save
image as.

It's todays build... queried for imagemap before I filed. Oh well. V
