User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:107.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/107.0

Steps to reproduce:

  3. In the pop up window let Allow to run in Private Windows stay unchecked, click Ok
  4. If the toolbar icon doesn't have an "On" mark on a red background on it, click it
  5. Paste https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:%E9%A6%96%E9%A1%B5 into the address bar and press Enter
  6. Hover over any Hanzi text, you should see a pop up with a dictionary entry, press c, you should see a Copied to clipboard. text
  7. Open notepad, press Ctrl + V, you should see the dictionary entries from the pop up
  8. Open a new tab, paste about:addons into the address bar, click on Zhongwen: The Popular Chinese Learning Tool, check Allow in the Run in Private Windows option
  9. Go to the https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:%E9%A6%96%E9%A1%B5 tab, refresh the page and repeat steps 6 and 7.

Actual results:

The old contents get pasted into the notepad

Expected results:

The newly copied dictionary entry gets pasted into the notepad

I tried to reproduce the issue on Win10x64 using FF build 107.0(20221110173214) but I could not reproduce as I did not get any dictionary suggestion at step 7, can you please attach a small recording with the issue?
Reporter can you please mention what Firefox build did you used? Is it English or Other language and if that is the case what language? Also I see no difference between Actual and Expected result, can you please confirm? Thank you.
