"We know that Firefox customers of Windows 7 might have to move onto new devices, and with the holiday season approaching (our hypothesis is that customers are likely to get new devices then) we want to better understand how we can best support them in this journey. Windows migration assistance is lacking and while we would like to increase FxA sign ups, the process still adds friction for users migrating to a new device. The team would like to understand if it is worth investing in making this transition easier.

This experiment focuses on 1) surveying existing customer interest in migrating to a new device and 2) understanding how many of those customers sign up for a FxA to prepare."

For launch on Dec 19th, with preview ready for QA on Dec 15th.

There are new assets that will need to be added to remote settings.

This experiment will use new advanced targeting added in bug 1804935, EXISTING_WINDOWS_USER_NO_FX_ACCOUNT.

We should be able to use the SHOW_FIREFOX_ACCOUNTS special message action.
