180537 - [RFE] Open view from context menu in list of nicks?

Currently, if you receive a private message, ChatZilla automatically opens a new
view for chatting with that person.  Messages in that view are sent by default
as private messages to that person.  This is very useful for private conversations.

I'd like to be able to open such a view to initiate a conversation, without
having to wait for a response to open the view.  The natural way to do this
would be in the list of nicks in the side panel, from a context menu. 
Currently, the context menu in this sidebar has Op, Deop, Voice, Devoice, Kick,
Whois.

I'd like to request an "Open View" option be added to this menu, preferably as
the first option.  This would be helpful for opening a view.  Similarly, I'd
like to see such an "Open View" option in the context menus for nicks and
channels in the text pane as well...
