1805680 - Black event reminder text is harder to read against darker blue background

STR:

1. Install 109.0b1
2. Create a new event that will fire immediately

Actual Results:
When an event reminder window pops up, the text is black against a dark blue background making it difficult to read. it used to be white against a

Expected Results:
When an event reminder window pops up, the text should be white against a dark blue background.

It used to be white text against a blue background in 107.0b but seems to have changed somewhere in 108.0b. Still white text against blue background in 102.5.1.
