Steps to reproduce:
In any Android application (e.g., K9 mail), try to “Open link” a URL.
Expected results:
A list of all other synced Firefex is presented, so the URL can be sent to other devices.
This behaviour was present in pre-Quantum versions of the Firefox Android app, rather than opening it it the local Firefox.

In any Android application (e.g., K9 mail), try to “Share link” a URL. Share it to Firefox.
Actual results:
It gets unconditionally opened in Firefox, same as if it had been “Open link”ed in Firefox.
Expected results:
A list of all other synced Firefex is presented, so the URL can be sent to other devices.

It unconditionally brings up Firefox.

An option should be available to open the tab in the background, but not immediately make Firefox the active application.
