The stop button needs to be hooked up for NNTP - I have necko calling cancel into nntp, but I haven't got the code that sets the error state to actually stop the state machine. I haven't debugged it yet - shouldn't be hard.

Basic stop functionality appears to be working (downloading new headers, downloading message content). Any specific problems with stop and news will be logged as separate issues .
