(Whiteboard: [ctw-m4])

STR:

  1. Sign in to gmail, begin to compose a message
  2. In any of the text fields (recipients, subject, message body) add some text
  3. Attempt to hittest this content (ie. using the macOS a11y inspector, or VO's explore-by-mouse functionality)

Expected:
Hittesting the text content should result in the text being read

Actual:
Hittesting reveals content from behind the "compose" dialog.

Ahem. Sooo... you know how on Zoom, I said I tested to see if the fix in bug 1805876 addressed this and I said it didn't? Well, the good news is that I was wrong. That fix also addressed this issue. Even though I had the right commit checked out, I must have been running a stale build.
