We should support locales besides en-US for address autofill in Fenix. Making this a meta and we can open bugs that block this for specific locales or regions that we can support.

The locales supported by desktop appear to still be just US and CA - is/should there be a policy about keeping desktop and the mobile clients in sync in this regard?
