180624 - window keeps line a thin line after clicking on maximize (green "+" button) Jaguar 10.2.2

After upgrading to Jaguar 10.2.2, I went to emailNews window and after clicking
on the green "+" button to maximize the window it turned into a thin vertical
line. I can click on it and the Mozilla menus appear on top of the screen.
Same thing happened when doing ot into browser window. After closing and
launching Mozilla the problem was still there.
A workaround was to edit the org.mozilla.navigator.plist file. I changed the
values in NSWindow Frame NavigatorWindow key: the "0 0" for "30 30". When
starting Mozilla and opening a new navigator window it is small but you can
enlarge it.
Whict the workaround trick solves the problem with the green "+" button (it will
work right), but I can not enlarge the MAilNews window to a size you can
manually enlarge.
I tried with another usr in the notebook and the problem was the same.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Jaguar update 10.2.2
2.Launch Mozilla: MailNes and Navigator window
3.Click on green "+" button (upper left) and see it by yourself

Actual Results:  
The windows are a little vertical line. 
You can move and drag it as a normal window, but you can not enalrge it.

Expected Results:  
Enlarge the window to fit screen (Vertical size)

deleting localstore.rdf in your profile directory is a workaround.
