Details
Setup:
- One identity with PGP key but no S/MIME certificate
- One identity with PGP key and S/MIME certificate. Prefer S/MIME.
Start with identity 2, UI is set to S/MIME.
Switch to identity 1, UI changes to PGP.
Switch back to identity 2.
Expected: UI to change back to S/MIME.
Actual: UI remains at PGP.

It's a known bug that our current code isn't using that pref yet. The decision logic hasn't been implemented yet.
I'm marking this as a duplicate of bug 1675737.

Expected: UI to change back to S/MIME.
