180664 - Caret display incorrectly when message contains bold and italic fonts.

Build:Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016
 
Steps to Repro:
1.Open Mozilla Mail/News window.
2.Open a new mail composer.
3.Input one word, change the text style to Italic.
4.Press enter, at the second line input another word, and change the text style
to Bold.
5.Press enter.

Expected Result:
The caret should be at the third line.

Actual Result:
The caret doesn't move to the third line. When you press enter twice, the caret
moves to the third line.But when you input text, the text displays in the fourth
line.

4.Highlight the word, then make it italic;
5.Put the caret at the end of the word, press Enter;
6.Input another word, select it, make it bold;
7.Put the caret at the end of the word, press Enter.
