Right now, mochitest-browser-a11y is hitting the 30min timeout on roughly 50% of runs, and on times it doesn't the runtime is 25+ min. Looking at the logs, the timed-out runs all appear to be progressing normally and just need a bit more time. When I bumped the timeout to 45min, the failures completely disappeared.
