Debugger breaks with no source displayed and no information available

We don't have STRs yet, but a user has an issue when reloading the page with Pause on Exceptions enabled.
The debugger breaks but there is no source displayed and no information about where we are breaking. We should have utilities to debug those situations, maybe with an easy way to find the source URL on which we are breaking?
Bomsy do you know if there is anything we could do to investigate this, or do we need to add some logs/helpers in the Browser Console?

Based on the STRs this might likely relate to the issue in Bug 1569775. As mentioned in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1569775#c1 might be racy and related to the sources getting cleared early.
Yeah we need so logs to investigate.
