Hi,
I am testing phoenix for the first time and I noticed that It has a modern theme
that does not to apperar in phoeinx. Does It need a file or does it need to be
removed I do not know.The theme is listed but does nothing when I click on it
nor when I restart the phoenix.And we need to get more windows uilds of phoenix
This one is four days old.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the preferences.
2.Try to use the modern theme.
3.It does not work does it.

Actual Results:  
The same.

Expected Results:  
Not had that invalid theme or switched to that theme.
