Accessing directly http://developer.msntv.com/tools/viewer/V26_B046.EXE or
trying to access it from the link provided in the page
http://developer.msntv.com/TOOLS/webtvvwr.asp makes the following message to
appears : 
c:\windows\temp\4zreza.jpg couldn't be sauved because the source file couldn't
be read.

The target file is downloadable with IE 5.5

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://developer.msntv.com/TOOLS/webtvvwr.asp
2. Search for "Download the WebTV Viewer for Windows® 98, Windows® Me, Windows®
NT, Windows® 2000, and Windows® XP (version 2.6, build 46) (6.8MB)."
3. Clck download

Actual Results:  
An error message popup showed

Expected Results:  
Mozilla had to show a downloading window

this is a mozilla bug, and it's in the release notes.
