Windows 10's "Make text bigger" settings shouldn't affect viewing images by themselves

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:108.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/108.0
Steps to reproduce:
Using Windows 10's built-in "Make text bigger" option in its Settings app (Settings > Ease of Access (Accessibility) > Display > Make text bigger) - NOT "Make everything bigger" - the elements of a site increase in size to accommodate the changes made to the setting. That's fine, that's normal and what should be expected. What I would like is for it to NOT affect viewing an image by itself (so if you're directly viewing a jpg, png, gif, etc. on Firefox, the "Make text bigger" settings should NOT affect the image you're viewing.)
Actual results:
All the web elements scale properly, as they should... but so do the images themselves when viewed on their own (i.e. when viewing any URL that's simply a link to a jpg, png, gif, etc. image file itself).
Expected results:
While the web elements, text and images on a given site scale properly, viewing images by themselves should NOT. I don't know if this would be possible to implement, but I hope it can be done.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Win32' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Do other browsers behave in similar fashion?
I haven't tried Edge or Chrome; I don't use either and especially refuse to use the latter. I can at least try Edge, though.

Quick update: Edge exhibits the same behavior irt viewing images on their own as Firefox does, though I feel like even Edge shouldn't do that either.
