Cf. https://discourse.llvm.org/t/upgrading-llvm-s-minimum-required-cmake-version-post-llvm/67139 , LLVM 17 (trunk in a few months) will require cmake 3.20. We're currently using 3.18 on linux and 3.15 on windows.
