I found some interesting cases where Firefox succeeds, Chrome fails when working on https://github.com/jsdom/whatwg-url/commit/2a1faeb41a2b8c771e1acfa207d012cde566ddf4 . E.g.

So I thought I'd do a semi-exhaustive matrix and throw it into the test data file.
