After focusing an email field, I have to click it again to get the Relay suggestion to show up

Steps to reproduce:
- Visit https://imgur.com/register
- Click the email input field
- Click the email input field again
Actual results:
The Relay autofill suggestion only showed up at step 3.
Expected results:
The Relay autofill suggestion should already show up in step 2, at the first click on the input field. (At least, that is how the "Generate password" autofill works.)

Here's a correct video demonstrating the erroneous behaviour - the Relay suggestion does not appear on focus, only when I click the input again.
