There are some config vars that either are not clear or don't match other variables' naming.
rename:
MOZ_GIT_RELEASE_BRANCH to MOZ_TARGET_UPSTREAM_BRANCH_HEAD
MOZ_LIBWEBRTC_COMMIT to MOZ_LIBWEBRTC_BRANCH
MOZ_PRIOR_GIT_BRANCH to MOZ_PRIOR_LIBWEBRTC_BRANCH
