180880 - Mozilla Crashes When When the last mozilla window is closed and system is low on memory

When I am low on memory (possibly because of mozilla) and close the last open
window mozilla crashes. If i get it again i will keep the talkback id and post it.
Also when I am low on memory resizing doesn't work right. the page contents are
not refreshed when winodow is maximized. The mozilla bars etc won't refresh too.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Somehow get low on memory
2.Close mozilla windows
3.Close the last one

Well I didn't see how low but closing all the other mozilla windows should free
a serious amount of memory. If I get mozilla in the state that he can't refresh
content (which should get me seriously low in memeory (i have 384mb or ram...)
and bars at full size there is no going back. The crash is inevitable, even if I
close everything else and run some memory defrag prog.

Nick Konstadoglou: We don't need the details because it's raw data.
run mozilla/components/talkback.exe to get the ID after TB submitted the report.
We need only the ID.
