Some processed crash fields specify a source_annotation which the CopyFromRawCrashRule uses to source the value. Other processed crash fields also come from annotations, but there's something complicated about the processing so it requires a dedicated processor rule.

Seems like a good idea to figure out a way to tie the processed crash fields that don't define a source_annotation but are related to an annotation back to the annotation. Then when users are looking at field documentation in the data dictionary, the connections are clearer.
