Steps to reproduce:

Example: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/date

Click on element <input type=date>. Date picker opens. Then scroll window.

Actual results:

Date picker stays in the same place (static position)

Expected results:

Date picker should scroll with the input element
