User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:108.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/108.0
Steps to reproduce:
With more than one client certificate in the Mac OS keychain, visit a page that makes multiple background requests that require a client certificate. This triggers multiple certificate choice dialogue boxes to appear. One of them will probably get 'stuck' behind the main Firefox window.
Actual results:
The certificate dialogue moves behind the main Firefox window at the top of the screen. Certificate dialogue and main window can be moved and minimised, but not closed or interacted with any other way. Moving the certificate dialogue also moves the main window. Other Firefox windows are unaffected.
Expected results:
The certificate dialogue stays above the main window so that I can choose a certificate.
Forgot to mention: the only way out of this is to force quit Firefox and hope the problem doesn't reoccur when you reopen it.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Security: PSM' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
