Summary: [Bug]:[PDF Reader] PDFs cannot be refreshed by pulling down the webpage → PDFs cannot be refreshed by pulling down the webpage

I think pull to refresh is irrelevant for pdf, plus I experience issues with it when scrolling pdf documents will trigger pull to refresh on my phone. Could we instead disable pull to refresh if the viewed document is a pdf?

Yeah, I'd say pull to refresh not working is intended behavior for PDFs.
