1809596 - PiP seek bar slider clickable zone is too small

STR:

1. Set media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.improved-video-controls.enabled = true.
2. Open a video in Picture-in-Picture and try quickly seeking to different points in the video by clicking on, near and slightly off the seek bar slider.

The clickable area of the seek bar matches the visible thickness which is only 4px high, compare this with youtube where the clickable zone is 16px high. Seeking is much easier with a larger, more forgiving click zone.

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 110.0a1 (2023-01-11) on Windows 10x64 by following the STR from comment 0. The clickable area for the PiP seekbar is very small.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 111.0 on Windows 10x64, macOS 12 and Ubuntu 20.04. The thickness of the clickable area for PiP seekbar is increased.
