Steps to reproduce:

viewing a web generated pdf file (attached)

The pdf was created by ghostscript by merging a wkhtml generated pdf and some Adobe Acrobat pdf files ( pages 3+ )

Actual results:

What happens next depends on who processes it for a view:

Under Linux, everything works in any tested app ( XPDF, Inkscape, Chrome, Firefox, Evince )
Under Windows, with the same FF release 108, the internal viewer can't display pages 3+ . The same file, opened with Adobe or any other external viewer can display those pages.

Expected results:

flawless display of page 3+
