The work being done for Bug 1803676 adds some documentation for reusable components more generally into the Storybook README.md. Long term we will want to separate our Storybook docs from our reusable components docs, though for now we're putting them in the same place because there's not a great place to put documentation for our newer components effort in toolkit/widgets.

Hey Lata - so this bug is in kind of a weird state because we ended up separating out the reusable components documentation from the storybook documentation in Bug 1766701, so the work here is half done already. I also know for a fact that any changes we make here will likely be impacted by some ongoing work in Bug 1825019, so I would recommend at least waiting until that work lands before making any changes to the structure of our documentation.

tl;dr I don't think this is actionable at the moment.
