When a folder on Bookmarks Toolbar is open, the context menu for a bookmark is hidden behind the folder content

Steps to reproduce:

Click on a folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar which displays the list of bookmarks in the folder.

Then right-click on a bookmark to get the context menu (e.g. to rename it).

Actual results:

The context menu is hidden behind the folder content. You will see it only if you right-click very close to the right border of the list.

Expected results:

The context menu should appear in front of the folder content so that I can see it.
