[DOGFOOD] [Regression] Delete button doesn't work

In the commercial build for 11/5 on windows.
I can no longer delete messages from the thread pane. The delete button doesn't
work.
(Note: unlike the other bug I filed on the delete button, this time, the button
does appear to be enabled but hitting delete doesn't do anything).
I was using imap although it didn't look like the problem was imap specific.
