User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/110.0

Steps to reproduce:

See https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/28452#issuecomment-1382712532

As soon as Focus has any tab loaded, OneUI 5 shows a “1 active in background” warning in the task switcher which I don’t see for any other app. Tapping the warning says “Check background activity. These apps and services are active while running in the background: Firefox Focus". adb shell top shows Focus using significant CPU even when in the background.

Galaxy M32, OneUI 5.0, Android 13, Focus 109.1.1

Actual results:

Focus seems to run in the background, unusual for an Android app, I've not seen this warning before.

Expected results:

Focus shouldn't run in the background?
