When I want to right click my bookmarked pages the window appears behind the website so its impossible to click on it

Right click on Twitter bookmark. Tab appears BEHIND the page

Steps to reproduce:
Right click on a website on my bookmark bar to ether delete, edit or something else. the tab appears behind the bookmarked page.
Actual results:
Can not click on the tab to edit my bookmarked page. (See Screenshot).
Expected results:
The tab should in FRONT and not behind the page.
